The location function of the app is really bad , first it didn't locate properly and second the app crash a lot while editing the address and as well as at time of selecting payment method other wise i been to place and it has one of best biryani but sad i am facing a problem of getting delivered.

Placed order on the app with prepayment and got acceptance confirmation. But NO food delivery received. On contacting, the store informed they had no communication about my order. There was no option for cancelation/refund on the app. Plesse use this app at your own risk.

Order was accepted, but was never delivered and it was my first order and experience.. never expected it from something that is owned by Jubilant Foodworks..the phone number provided in the app doesn't work, there is no helpline or chat...
