Bites Mart Vendor is the merchant app for stores selling on the Bites Mart marketplace. It is a business tool for store owners and staff — customers should download the Bites Mart customer app instead.

Sign in with the store account you receive once your store is approved, then run day-to-day operations from your phone.

RECEIVE AND MANAGE ORDERS
- Get a notification and alert sound the moment a new order arrives
- Confirm, process, hand over to a delivery man and complete each order
- See full order details: items, variations, add-ons, customer notes, delivery address and payment method
- Browse order history by status
- Print invoices on 58 mm and 80 mm Bluetooth thermal receipt printers

BUILT-IN POS
- Take walk-in and phone orders from the same catalogue your online store uses
- Add items, variations and add-ons to a cart, apply a coupon, take payment and print the receipt

YOUR CATALOGUE
- Add and edit items with photos, description, price, discount, variations, add-ons and available times
- Organise items into categories and sub-categories
- Turn items on or off, and review low-stock and pending-approval items

PROMOTIONS
- Create coupons and discounts
- Join marketplace campaigns
- Upload store banners and create in-app advertisements

DELIVERY TEAM
- Add your own delivery men, view their profiles and assign orders to them

EARNINGS AND REPORTS
- Wallet balance, cash collected and commission

RENTAL AND RIDE PROVIDERS
If your account is registered as a vehicle rental or ride provider, the app shows provider tools instead: vehicles, drivers, trip bookings and provider reports.

LANGUAGES AND THEME
Available in English, Arabic, Spanish and Bengali, with light and dark mode.

PERMISSIONS THIS APP USES
- Location: to place your store on the map and show delivery addresses. Maps are provided by Google Maps.
- Camera and photos: to upload item and store images.
- Bluetooth: to connect a thermal receipt printer.
- Notifications: to alert you about new orders and messages.

Bites Mart Vendor requires an approved Bites Mart store account and an internet connection. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any other delivery or marketplace brand.
