Very bad app and the worst customer service team i contact ever😔. I tried to make order from zack's but app. Shows me that this restaurant not cover your area, in the same time customer service inform that restaurant cover my area. How?!!!!🤔🤔🤔 Sorry, unprofessional and less experienced team.

This app is just a scam !! I ordered using wallet then the restaurent cancelled my order after they approved it and i didnt get money refund to my wallet !! 3 hours later a delivery guy called me saying he picked up my order ! So how can i recieve an order that have been cancelled 3 hours ago also the delivery guy asked me to pay in cash !!! So paying twice for my order that i recieved 3 hours later !! This is really a funny app also the all has too many bugs developers arent professional !!

My experience was awful and the customer service didn't help at all , I've order 2 meals from restaurant 2,5 km away from my home and this restaurant didn't take much time to prepare the meals ( 15-20 min) and the app took 1 hr and 30 min and didn't delivered , this app doesn't deserve 0,001 star
