About this app

Bites Guest turns your phone into the fastest way to order at the table.

Open the app at any restaurant that runs Bites POS, browse the live menu, build your order exactly how you like it, and send it straight to the kitchen — no waiting for a server to take your order, no account needed until you're ready to check out.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Browse the menu — filter by category, pick variations and modifiers, and add notes per item, no sign-in required.
• Build your cart — see a live total with taxes and charges broken out before you order.
• Order in one tap — sign in only when you check out, and your order fires straight to the kitchen.
• Track it live — watch your order's status update in real time, see exactly what the kitchen received, and check the bill.
• Book a table — pick the date, time, party size, and the table itself from the restaurant's real floor plan.
• See your bookings — every reservation you've made, with status and table once it's assigned.
• Call a waiter — from an open order or the home screen, with a reason and note, whenever you need a hand.

Bites Guest is the guest-facing companion to the Bites POS platform used by restaurants to run their floor, kitchen, and orders. It's built to do one thing well: let you choose what you want and how you want to be served, while the restaurant team handles the rest.

Download Bites Guest and skip the wait for a menu — order when you're ready.
