the app has many issues and trying to do simple things shows a internal server error. not able to contact anyone or get any help via chat or phone. sometimes the support will just hang up the phone. then they said the relevant team will contact via email without even giving a time frame. not acceptable for a exchange to have such poor support.

Easy to use app. Works fine as far as I can tell but I am a novice at crypto.

tried to start using the app again last year and i am impressed. it's easy to use and fast.
