Ratings and reviews

the app has many issues and trying to do simple things shows a internal server error. not able to contact anyone or get any help via chat or phone. sometimes the support will just hang up the phone. then they said the relevant team will contact via email without even giving a time frame. not acceptable for a exchange to have such poor support.

Very little functionalities for portfolio management, transaction invoice only describe fees and not the transaction details. I am using this app because there is no much choice available in the market. Hotline is also poor, extremely difficult for english speaking staff. I beleive the Bitkub Team can do much better than that.

Terrible app, customer service are shockingly poor, for some reason you need nfc to be working on your passport to get past verification, mine doesn't work even after sending photos of passport like any other app, customer services no help what so ever like I'm talking to a brick wall, avoid this app
