Customer service is absolutely poor. They were not willing to support via phone call - only via email. I was experiencing several problems with the app: Amongst others, the security 2FA keeps requesting a new code everytime I login and accepting any random code. (definitely a security bug). Also, my transactions was often blocking. I reported and was told to install and reinstall app several times. Still the problem persisted. After weeks of writing back and forth, no call. I just got exhausted.

Sell limit order (Stop sell) doesn't work... experienced it everytime I tried (3 times) already.. (1st time I thought I didn't configured it correctly but next times I made sure and the issue is from the app), please correct quickly: I put a sell limit at 108€ (this eg for SOL but experienced it also with ETH & XRP), market price was 110.37 so above the order sell, after I confirm it sold at market price... + Sometimes sell at market price is blocked... I like the app otherwise and cheap fees

Simplistic app for grandma/pa's. Compared to other crypto exchanges and international offerings this is pathetic. Can't change a single indicator, just On/Off toggles. No insight as to what EMA is getting shown for example. Very limited time-frames. The stuff we have to put up with in the Netherlands. Checked the settings thought maybe I'm on a basic version, nope. Pro toggle was turned on. God knows what options you're shown in the basic mode. A big red Buy and Sell button? Super thrash
