not solved. total coins appears but gets overwritten by the next line. please repair your app asap. ##### the line with number of coins has disappeared. and yes, I am using the latest version. pro mode shows it. the simple version not showing the number of coins.

Customer service is absolutely poor. They were not willing to support via phone call - only via email. I was experiencing several problems with the app: Amongst others, the security 2FA keeps requesting a new code everytime I login and accepting any random code. (definitely a security bug). Also, my transactions was often blocking. I reported and was told to install and reinstall app several times. Still the problem persisted. After weeks of writing back and forth, no call. I just got exhausted.

Sending money to the app can go fast but getting it out takes ages. way too long for a regular IBAN transfer. If you send money above a threshold they will just block your account until you provide proof of funds. For 'your' safety obviously. And no transfers from other wallets are allowed except from your own if you send proof that it is yours. Flexibility goes only one way and these anti laundry rules restrict your freedom. To comply with AML is never about user safety, rather about control.
