Language can't be changed. Too bad. After a lengthy setup I have no choice but to look for other platforms. It should clearly mention upfront on the languages it supports in your region. Irony is you are allowed to trade in US companies but not allowed to use their language.

Completely incompetent! I waited 3 months for an internal transaction and still nothing. Shouldn't exist in the world a Broker that let you wait that much to move money and that refuse to create an annual report! A very poor help center, not competent at all! they say one thing one day and the other day the change their mind! just don't use it. There are much better options!

they've randomly decided, after about a decade, that I'm a US citizen. I am most definitely not. I've tried to contact via email, I've tried calling. no reply to emails and the phone number cannot be contacted. The customer service is diabolical. I've got money and shares stuck with them now and I can't get anything sorted out. don't waste your time, go with a more professional platform. To reply to theirs, I've been emailing for the past month. edit again: look for my name instead of email add
