Ratings and reviews

Have not been able to get this app to work and have reached the end of free trial. Support gave suggestions, but nothing has worked. Various adjustments aren't intuitive and didn't help - unrealistic and impossible to ride. Tried on android and iPad. Pretty frustrated since I would like the ability to ride & see courses, but have spent hours trying to get it to work. It shouldn't be this difficult.

Going to write using PC instead of phone. I have had this for four months and am enjoying every minute. Had some problems with freezing and dropped rides at first but upgraded my operating system and it started working perfectly. I have had no issues with it. I download every ride I want to do because my internet connection is not the greatest. I think people should explore a little before saying the app is bad, maybe the app is good but their systems sucks.

I really want to like this software but I can't get past the bugs and how poorly they designed the app. The videos and routes are excellent and well made but the software is terrible. I spent 30 minutes trying to get everything to work only to have it freeze right before the ride started. I had to go back to Zwift for my workout. I don't have the time to mess with it but hope they fix it because it looks great if it were to work!
