About this app

BJJ Admin is the official app for students and guardians of academies that use the BJJ management platform. Here you can track your training routine, your monthly fees, and the progress of your gradings all in one place.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Adult students who train Jiu-Jitsu at a partner academy.

• Junior students (from 14 years old) with their own account.

• Parents and guardians who accompany one or more enrolled children.

MAIN FEATURES

Attendance
• View your attendance history, current month, and year total.

• Mark your attendance through the app itself when the academy allows it (self check-in for the student and check-in by the guardian for children).

Financial
• View your open, paid, and overdue invoices.

• View the PIX payment instructions configured by the academy.

• After paying, send a manual confirmation with the payment details —

the academy team reviews and processes it.

Graduation
• Track your current belt and grade.

• View your graduation history recorded by the academy.

Family with multiple children
• On the parent portal, switch between your children with a tap.

• Track attendance, monthly fees, and graduation for each child separately.

Academy messages
• Receive messages and notices posted by the academy.

HOW TO GET STARTED

• If you already have an account in your academy's system, use the same email and
password to log in.

• If the academy sent you a registration code, tap "Create account"

and follow the step-by-step instructions.

PRIVACY

We take the protection of your data seriously. We only collect what is necessary
for the app to function (login, profile data, attendance,
graduation, and your academy's finances). Nothing is shared with
third parties for advertising. You can request the deletion of your account at any time directly in the app.
