Signed up for yearly membership, it started charging me monthly at the yearly rate. Unable to watch any events through the app even though it shows I have a membership. Support is super slow beyond the very basics of try logging out or change your password. Basically being charge for a product you can't even use.

Same problems here, I usually have no problem with the live feeds, I usually have to log out and log in again, sometimes 2 of 3 times but once started it runs good but forget about the replays. It freezes when loading at 33%, when it starts it will skip ahead 5 or 10 seconds, play for 10 seconds and freeze, then goes to the end of the match if lucky. Absolutely horrible app. Mine is also on Roku.

Cannot fast forward through events. I am watching this on my streaming box, you are limited to skipping forward like 10 seconds at a time. The events are 3 hours long, so it's really not usable. Love BKFC, but I give up, and I'm canceling my subscription solely because the app is so bad. If I can't skip through the card, I can't watch this, I don't have 3 hours of my life to spare. This app is why many of us are canceling.
