Black Bird Smart Wrist Band is a user-friendly technology device that will increase protection
while revolutionizing safety management. Blackboard Smart Wrist Band is paired with a mobile
application that stores all the individuals’ personal and protective information. We intend to
support vulnerable individuals by providing critical information stored in the mobile application.
Our overall mission is to utilize the individual’s protective community and link all caring
supports through our technology system.
Research information agrees with our intent to provide advanced technology “protection” for
vulnerable individual(s). Generally, miniaturization of devices led by technological
advancement has enabled wearable devices to be pervasive in daily living of people worldwide.
Specifically, people such as elderly individuals suffering from degenerative issues such as
Dementia, Alzheimer disease, and individuals suffering from chronic illnesses such as diabetes,
cancer, etc. Normally communication devices offer little support in crisis situations. We studied
data on missing adult(s) with cognitive difficulties and children(s) with neurological challenges
and created a protective system to save lives.
Children/adults with Autism will significantly benefit from Black Bird Smart Wrist Band. As we
understand, people with disabilities (intellectual & developmental) have a tendency to wander
off from their safe place. Black Bird Smart Wristband and Mobile application will provide
critical information and assist with locating the individuals to a safe place.
We will reinforce the POWER of Community and the POWER of Protective Communit
