Black Cat Studio Pilates is boutique reformer Pilates in Nosara, Costa Rica. Small classes of six, three levels, and a method built to actually change how you move.

Use the app to book and manage classes, buy and track passes, check the schedule, and reserve your spot — all from your phone.

The Classes
Strength — the core reformer class, in three levels so you start where you are and build from there. Jump Cardio — low-impact, high-output. Deep Stretch — mobility and recovery.

The Black Cat Method
Precise cueing, structured leveling, real attention. Six reformers per class means you get coached, not counted — whether it's your first class or your five-hundredth.

Who It's For
Beginners and regulars, locals and travelers. A serious workout for people who don't take life too seriously.

Where We Are
Two studios in Nosara. Guiones — on the strip, walking distance from most hotels and Playa Guiones. Pelada — parking on site, near the beach in Playa Pelada. All times are Costa Rica time. Grip socks required.
