We know it isn’t easy meeting people, and the alternative poses just as many problems. Isolation has never helped anyone. Yet, there are tons of communities out there just ready and willing to welcome us, and so many people in search of just that!
Blacksheep is a way to connect with them.
We gather the bare minimum of information about you (not even a profile picture!) and connect you to community groups, not based on preference, culture, or any other variable other than ‘they’re literally right next to you!
After your first connection, if you find that they’re not really your cup of tea, only then can you dismiss that connection from your search and the system matches you with the next closest community near you.
Instead of a ‘swipe left’ culture where people give up on you without ever having the chance to actually meet you, this changes the entire game!
But we’re not a dating app, we’re simply giving you an introduction to new people near you. The possibilities of where that could lead are totally up to you.
