Access to the IKK bewegt app is only possible with a password. Once entered, the app, including all its functions, is available to you free of charge. Whether you want to push yourself with a workout, forget about everyday life for a moment with a quick relaxation session, or cook a healthy and delicious recipe with friends and family – the IKK bewegt app has something for everyone.

In fun team competitions involving running and cycling, you have the opportunity to compete against your colleagues or join forces with other teams in various challenges. Up-to-date leaderboards motivate you to keep going and overtake the others.
Various Tracking Options
You have several options for tracking your activities:
• Within the app, you can manually start and stop your smartphone's GPS while running or cycling,
• Or you can use Apple Health to automatically track your steps and distances,
• Or you can connect your Garmin or Fitbit fitness tracker to the app.
Continuously Supporting Sustainable Projects
For every 300 km you cover on foot or by bicycle, IKK classic, in cooperation with a project partner, plants a tree – good for you and good for the environment. We have already planted over 1,000 trees in Malawi and over 3,000 trees in Germany. Join us!
Battery Performance
The IKK bewegt app is particularly battery-efficient. However, battery consumption is higher with GPS enabled than during normal smartphone operation.

The IKK bewegt app was developed and provided by Blacksquared GmbH on behalf of IKK classic. Blacksquared GmbH is responsible for data protection compliance. The software is, of course, GDPR compliant. The data is hosted in Germany. The energy required for this comes 100% from renewable sources. Anonymous participation without a real name or company email address is possible, as is the ability to delete your account directly within the app. Your data will not be shared with IKK classic or any third parties.
