On my Blackview BV5300 Pro with Android 14-based Doke 4.0, this app opens when I tap System Message notifications that are pure garbage; have nothing to do with the system; and cannot be disabled.

Awful appp kept crashing my andoid 14 phone. I didn't know what this app was but suddenly I started getting messages telling me Smartpic wasn't responding. This was soon followed by other errors. I disabled Smartpic and no more problems. I wish I could delete it completely from my device but it seems this isn't possible.

Just showed up in the updates I didn't install this app. Went into settings and forced stop and removed all permissions and disabled the app. If I want to change my wallpaper I will download or take a picture and use that. Also in the description says includes ads so no thanks and please stop adding these apps with out asking 😠.
