This app is adware. It comes prepackaged and is unremoveable, turns on at the slightest gesture whilst on the lock screen, meaning it opens quite a bit when your phone is jumping around in your pocket. its only purpose is to show you as many ads as it can possibly get out of you. Horrible piece of software.

Awful appp kept crashing my andoid 14 phone. I didn't know what this app was but suddenly I started getting messages telling me Smartpic wasn't responding. This was soon followed by other errors. I disabled Smartpic and no more problems. I wish I could delete it completely from my device but it seems this isn't possible.

Just showed up in the updates I didn't install this app. Went into settings and forced stop and removed all permissions and disabled the app. If I want to change my wallpaper I will download or take a picture and use that. Also in the description says includes ads so no thanks and please stop adding these apps with out asking 😠.
