keeps running on uninstalling, but won't uninstall or install, is really messing with my phone, I have tried turning my phone on and restarting but it just won't turn off, 😡

Please allow me to uninstall or disable this app. I have disabled it on my other android, but not my second android. This app is a nuisance and we should have the option to not have it automatically installed.

I've enjoyed the pictures, but it does appear to be malware. I've been trying to uninstall it but for some reason it just keeps spinning in circles doesn't uninstall. I did go directly to apps under settings and attempt to disable it there as well
