I don't write reviews, but this service has compelled me to do so. I've only had the service as of yet for around a day and a half, and I was already having issues where it was stuck "shutting down" and I could not login or even use the service for a period of time. When I first sent a message to support regarding that, they were fairly responsive but when I requested a refund things went very quiet in the email thread only to deny said request hours later. I've ended up disputing the charge.

This app has been running great for a while but just recently it's been getting worse the fact that it is so expensive but doesn't run properly is really annoying the most recent this is every now and than shadow PC will just completely crash for around 30-1h and it just won't open at all, I use this to run vrchat and the frames are not that good although I don't really look into quality it's definitely noticeable, I most certainly don't think this app is worth the amount you have to pay monthly

Not only there are usually appearing 'inconvenices' built into experience of this servise. Like reloading your stream from time to time to get your sound back, or reconnect it, so it wont stutter like crazy, but just yesterday they've rolled out an update that straight up cut your keys, controller and mouse (UDP). Support is simply abysmal, its just pathetic how bad it is. Basically non-existent. Can't recommend to any normal human being, who's not into a self-harm. Just don't bother.
