They say to install this app and what happens after that is there will not be any issues with device as per this apps diagnostic data. And your device will start to heat again. Then you again call flipkart and they'll say it is mandatory to do so. With uninterrupted data support. Where can one find uninterrupted data support if he / she is in a rural area without proper internet connection or wifi?

very suspicious. samsung wants you to download the app to appraise the value of your phone but insists on getting contacts permission, which has nothing to do with the performance of the phone. even if they say they wont get your contact info, they still have access.

Just a fake app. Flipkart should klnot use this i will never buy or recommend Flipkart anymore as they will take back phone just by believing this app.. This app. just do something and gives temperature always less than 48 and says ur mobile is fine.. in idle condition mobile temperature goes beyond 40 means they will not accept?.. Just a fake mechanism to avoid returns.. Amazon is far better.. and they are truly international and has far better approaches. @Playstore: remove this app.
