I recently won the monthly reward for game of this app and as part of that, I received a msg to claim an Amazon gift card. However, every time I try to open it, I get this message: "DUE TO AN ERROR WE FAILED TO GET THE AMAZON GIFT CARD FOR YOU. PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER." I think you should fix this problem. I have mailed you but, there are no response. If my problem solved , I will definitely change my review and rating.
