Had bulk order of water. The delivery man doesn't have a trolley to bring the orders easily. He has to do it manually himself, but luckily, my apartment is near the lift, or else he will suffer to bring those in. Helped him to make it a bit easier, but as a big company with an online shopping option, you must provide your delivery guy a trolley special in case of bulk orders

The worst online shopping experience Today was my first order from Amerat branch. Everything was OK until I received the order: 1. Nuggets were totally defrosted. 2. Banana and grapes were mashed 3.The weight of all the fruits are less than I payed for. Very disappointing experience I really don't recommend to buy from them.
