I placed an order and successfully applied the 50% discount offer. However, after 30 minutes, I received a call saying that the promotion had ended. If the deal was no longer available, why was I able to place the order and apply the discount in the first place? The promotion should have been removed from the app instead of making customers wait for 30 minutes and then canceling the offer. This was a very disappointing experience.

This app does what it's supposed to except for one thing, it doesn't find the location correctly when you tap the locate button. This app really needs to be optimized for when determining the location of where the order is being placed from as its really annoying when it can't find my location. I would suggest to add all the areas that are covered by one store to be grouped together so that it's easy to locate the customer's area for where the order is being placed from. So please fix this.

I have ordered for the first time from brim and I will never order again thanks to the service they provide ordered at 12:05 am and received at 1:42 am the rider was polite so I took the order did not taste it yet but pretty sure it would be cold . The help line did not even care to pick the call . Pethatic service overall except for the rider and plz improve your app and website as well .
