I had a terrific experience in Ireland with Chas Roberts as the tour guide. He was wonderful as was our driver, Francie. Everything was as promised. There are 2 areas of displeasure. I didn't enjoy The English Market in Cork. I think the time would have been better spent in a museum, etc. Also the travel layovers in Cincinatti and Atlanta were entirely TOO long. I won't tolerate such lengthy layovers with my next time with EF Go Ahead tours. The wait times were ridiculous.

Much about the app is great, but I'm attempting to complete the tour evaluation, as requested by my tour director. I tap the appropriate radio button and enter a comment, then click Save. It exits the evaluation. I go back into the evaluation and the radio button selections are valid but the comments did not save. Tried several times before giving up.

Easy to navigate and I really like the ability to have my itinerary and fellow travelers group feed at my finger tips. The only feature that would blow this app out of the water would be integration of a translation app for the countries visited on your tour. This could potentially give travelers more confidence and add to their overall trip enjoyment. Might be a pie in the sky idea, but definitely worth considering, EF!😁❤
