Usually it works for the only purpose I need it to: gaining access to the gym. Today it didn't, and won't load despite clearing cache and data. I notice not all my visits to the gym are recorded, and I worry about the data usage given. If the app can be replaced by a screenshot of the login barcode which provides more reliability, maybe it's time to wonder about the value of the app? edit: updated the app which allowed it to load, but now I can't see the app buttons on the bottom...

Terrible UI design. The main buttons for the app are displayed UNDER the main navigation buttons for Android phones. This means users pretty much can't navigate their app. Also there seems to be issues with this app whenever users do not have perfect reception. Certain days should be available to users without having to access the network (such as Member ID). The way the app currently is, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.

I dont understand how my Blink app uses 300Mb of data in one month when all I do is use it to check into the gym. 300mb is like 2 hours of high quality music. (April 2025 update). They placed all the buttons on the bottom of the screen so now it interferes with the Android buttons! When I try to click on my profile, it activates the Pixel square icon instead. It is now unusable; I have to use the web version

Hi Brumel! Because our app content is mostly streamed (including our variety of variety of on-demand workouts and wellness content) and requires an internet connection, we suggest connecting to WiFi when using the app. Our gyms offers free WiFi and are a great place to test out some of the in-app workouts!
