Our rating and reviews speak for themselves:
Trevor: “Blinkist by far has the best book summaries when compared to any other provider in my opinion. It’s really surprising how much information you can get so quickly and easily with this app.”
Brandon: “Excellent app. Book summaries are concise and accurate.”
Jared “Worth every penny. Wasn't sure about short book summaries, but started with books I'd read already and very satisfied you get the main ideas. My benefits 1) I get inspiring/useful summaries of books that I wouldn't have time to read that are far more useful than other sources. 2) There are books I don't agree with and wouldn't invest time reading, but reading the blinks I get a large variety of ideas and further understand other views. 3) Some blinks are so great I just have to buy the book!”

The free version is great - one can get the summary of one curated book each day. Though $80 / year is a great price for access to so many book summaries. You can either read or listen to them. I especially love that the last "chapter" of each book is a recap of what you just learned from their summary. Honestly, I wouldn't complain if the blinks were a bit longer and included a few more examples to express the main points from each book.

Love the concise summaries. So many titles and podcasts. Blinkist is a game-changer for learners! My only gripe is that I get lost navigating through it..sometimes, a title will play and I can't find how to turn it off. Also, when I played a collection, I had difficulty figuring out how to stop that collection.

Overall, great app. But sometimes it is hard to navigate through and manage 'saved', "finished', 'favorites', and 'collections'. Also, doesn't sync with the website very well (in case you prefer to read on a laptop and listen on a phone). In fact, the laptop doesnt even have the 'favorites' section. Lastly, sometimes it is hard to tell which examples / opinions are by the author and which are by the reviewer / narrator.
