I have an account, but I can't log in. It always says request failed, why? I even used the password reset feature, but the app said it failed to send the e-mail. how??

super slow application. even with 12RAM & advanced processor..... sometimes lag, sometimes error, sometimes can't login

After waiting a long time for this update ver 6.6.9 Indonesia, the app still struggles with key issues. It fails to determine my location, causing excessive loading times that feel like the app is freezing. When trying to select movies, the screen shows blank images, making it impossible to browse options. Overall, the bugs remain unresolved, so I recommend holding off on downloading this version until a proper fix is released.
