my location is in Bali, and i clearly wrote in profile, but this STUPID APPLICATION keep showing me cinema on Mataram, Lombok!! even when i try to delete it, it shows failed to delete account!! OMG DON'T USE IT!

Editing general information about your account profile seems pointless, it has the option but I can't edit my gender for no reason! Logging in too, what's the point of having the google button when it always says 'incorrect E-mail or passwords" EVERY. DAMN. TIME!? Not to mention the annoying pop-ups that pops out every time I go to the home screen, which is every time the app falsely tells me that I input the incorrect e-mail or passwords.. fix this.

I have an account, but I can't log in. It always says request failed, why? I even used the password reset feature, but the app said it failed to send the e-mail. how??
