Ratings and reviews

The purpose for downloading this app was to contact the company, which has proven to be useless. My experience was canceled, and I would like a refund. I had no knowledge of the cancelation, and the show was showing as sold out. I paid for parking and was told at check in that it would be a different show that evening. All I asked for was the ticket money back..not tolls, gas, parking, nothing associated with a waste of my time, and there has been no reply.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this app and this company. I purchased tickets to a local music event for my family using this service (as there was no alternative). The event was abruptly cancelled. Since the failing was on their end, I expected a refund. What I got was credits with a short duration (9 months) to select some alternative "experience" in which we have zero interest. My interaction with Fever has been a $150 reminder of the unpleasantness of being conned. STAY AWAY.

Terrible app. "24/7 customer service" is complete bull. We sent multiple emails/requests for a time change because my kids got sick, and even provided proof, but received not a single reply. If you come across an issue, that's when you should worry because chances are it won't get resolved. If you don't come across any issues then I'm sure the experience will be just fine but I would never risk it again with this app. Super disappointing.
