Mislead. I bought the Flexible Cancellation product $10 which states "hassle free" and the option for a refund. I found out after the purchase. I had 30 days to use the voucher and I had to use for the exact experience which the dates did not work for me. The process to use the voucher did not work! I clicked to apply the voucher, nothing happened. It said to enter a code, which I did not receive. No one to talk to. On the app there is a chat live 24/7 by clicking on a link that did not work!

When purchasing tickets through,I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.The entire process was confusing & inconsistent

Will not be using this app again and don't recommend. Purchased tickets to an event to bring my child and needed to change the time. In the email confirmation, I could change the time but it kept saying I needed to pay more even though it was the same price. I contacted CS and said they'd have someone contact me. The response was they cannot change it. When clicked the same link to change the time again it was blocked! I contacted them again and got the same automated response. utter trash
