Margify turns guesswork into numbers. Enter the raw materials you buy, build recipes from that stock, and Margify instantly shows your true batch cost, the right selling price, and the profit you keep on every sale.

Built for bakers, home-food businesses, cloud kitchens, cafes, and any small maker who needs to price products properly.

WHAT MARGIFY DOES

• Track raw materials
Add every ingredient you buy with its purchase price, quantity, and unit. Margify works out the exact cost per gram, millilitre, or piece — so a 1 kg pack and a 250 g pack are always compared fairly.

• Build recipes that cost themselves
Pick ingredients from your stock, set the quantity, and add extra costs like packing, electricity, and labour. Mark each extra as "scales with quantity" or "fixed" — Margify does the rest.

• See cost, price, and profit at a glance
Choose how you price: set a markup percentage, set a margin percentage, or set a fixed price and let Margify tell you the margin. Profit is shown clearly on every recipe.

• Recalculate for any quantity
Made a recipe for 4 but need 18? Change the quantity and every ingredient, cost, and price rescales live — without changing your saved recipe.

• What-if calculator
Find out how many units you can make from the stock on hand, your break-even quantity, and exactly what to charge — or how many to sell — to hit a target profit.

• GST / tax built in
Set a GST rate per project, or override it per recipe. Margify keeps profit and tax separate, so your margins stay honest whether your prices include tax or not.

• Sub-recipes
Use one recipe as an ingredient inside another — a sauce, a dough, a filling. The cost flows through automatically.

• Sales log
Log each sale and see revenue, cost, and profit for today, the last 7 days, 30 days, and all time — plus your top-earning product.

• Multiple projects
Run more than one business or brand? Keep each in its own project with its own materials, recipes, and sales.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

You sign in with Google, and all your data is stored in your own private Firebase account. The app works offline and syncs automatically when you are back online.
