Only gave 1 star because can't give a negative number. Tried to set up an account, couldn't even get past the first page. Said Member ID format was incorrect even tho I was entering the exact info off my ID card. Absolutely no help from phone call to support. Just deleted the app completely. I'll just continue to tie up the Customer Service reps with my questions in the future. Pathetic excuse of an app for the cost of my insurance.

I can't give it zero stars or I would! It worked not that long ago, but Now it opens and you're not getting any further than that! So for whatever reason it no longer works, it renders this app utterly useless! And unless there's an update that fixes it so you can actually use it, I'm gonnA UNINSTALL it and free up some space.

This app absolutely sucks. There is no customer service or help option on the app or website. The phone "help" doesn't have options for simply sending a new card. I have been unsuccessful at being able to register my account on either one. Have tried many times to register my account that I've had for 3 years, because customer phone service says I should order a new card online. However it continues to tell me my info was wrong...after I spend 45 min. on the phone with customer service.
