Ratings and reviews

Transaction history provides no transparency into the actual trades that took place (how many shares were bought/sold in a rebalance? At what price?). All it says is "rebalance." Same issue as on their web UI, which was reported to them over a year ago & they've done nothing to fix.

I was hesitant due to reviews saying they couldn't even log in, but I had no issues at all. It functions just like the website. I can see my balance to-date, bi-weekly investment amount, and can even make edits to my plan if I wanted. I'm happy to have a more on-the-go way to check on my retirement savings!

Not bad however when it comes to hardship withdrawals it'll ask what for, I needed a little bit from my account to pay rent and it's an emergency so that's what I clicked on. Well it proceeded to say on the app you'll receive it in 2-3 business days which would've been this past Wednesday. Nothing in my account and it said processing, got processed and now it takes ANOTHER 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS which is ridiculous if you urgently need your money. Why ask that question if it takes nearly 2 weeks
