The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

suggestion: less portals to ads and less need for more usernames and password setup. Another suggestion look at Cignas app and do that - so easy to use This app won't send emails to mfa a username. Id like to be able to see everyone's eobs in the Household, but we are forced to have separate logins- but yet they dont want to mail paper eobs. Make it easy. Your app sucks, the ability to compile everyone's statement sucks. If we have to self service our care, make it easy to look up and use.

Buggy - almost useless app. you have to enter your login info multiple times, the app loads extremely slowly and often does not load at all. There are very limited functions within the app, and the entire thing runs buggy and slowly. The public library has a better app than one of the largest health insurance companies.

Horrible app. Insanely slow just to load text information, constantly needing to open a separate web browser to do anything. Frequently leaves you stuck on blank pages and have to restart the app
