Access your health insurance information on-the-go from Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas City (Blue KC).

As a Blue KC member, you can download the free MyBlueKC app to help make the most of your Blue KC plan. With new and improved features, the MyBlueKC app gives you easy access to your healthcare coverage 24/7, wherever you are.

Use the app to:

• Access benefit information
• See your most recent claims
• View and share your ID card
• Find a doctor, hospital or other healthcare provider
• Track deductibles and spending account balances
• View pharmacy benefit information (if applicable)
• Connect to Health & Wellness programs
• NEW for ACA/Direct Pay Members only: Pay My Bill and ACA Rewards (for wellness points)

Features available are based on your plan and benefits.

The app supports most of our plans, but not all. Unfortunately, the app will not work for the following individuals: FEP members and Blue KC Medicare Advantage members.

After logging in, the Home screen doesn't give me opportunity to access anything. All it says is "Connection Error". The only thing I can do is view our ID cards. Update: I reinstalled the app, problem resolved. I'm not sure why that worked because it did not show I needed an update.

Horrible app. Insanely slow just to load text information, constantly needing to open a separate web browser to do anything. Frequently leaves you stuck on blank pages and have to restart the app

You bleed people with ridiculous premiums, high deductibles and co-pays, but can't even have a working app? this is absurd

This update provides an additional Text Message Communication Preference and important UI fixes. Please update now to access the latest version of the MyBlueKC app. You can also turn on automatic downloads in your app settings, so your app automatically updates with each new release.
