Do you still feel exhausted after resting, or feel drained just thinking about work?
Burnout Test is a 13-question self-check based on the Copenhagen Burnout Inventory (CBI). It looks separately at personal burnout and work-related burnout.
Areas covered
- Personal burnout: physical and emotional exhaustion across daily life
- Work-related burnout: exhaustion and strain connected with work
What you get
- Separate profiles instead of combining both areas into one label
- Scores shown against the possible response range for each area
- A response-based personalized report
- Korean, English, and Japanese support
How to use your results
A higher area score means you reported those burnout experiences more often recently. Burnout can be affected by sleep, caregiving, health, relationships, workload, and the surrounding environment. Interpret the results alongside your actual living and working conditions.
Assessment basis
The commercial Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) is not used. The app uses the item structure and scoring approach of the openly available CBI personal and work-related burnout sections and cites the source.
Important note
This test does not diagnose depression, anxiety, or another mental health condition, and it is not medical advice. If distress or difficulty functioning continues, consider professional support.
