I purchased an earring from the app and they reduced the weight, it was too small so I wanted to return the product but its been more than 10 days but they never picked the product and I don't know where to contact the customer care there is no option for inquiry an all. and I never received any refund from the bluestone. This is a fraud! totally waste of time and money.

Tried to open App after installation but everyone it says no internet connection.. Although I am able to use internet with all other applications with 100 mbps speed but not with Bluestone... Still issue is same....

Third Class n Cheap 👎 I started 10+1 investment, after finishing I ordered three items from Bluestone and they send items one by one - on first items it's plus in weight.. so normal..they Incested to pay the extra money of billing price so I paid .At last item they said item is less in weight..you can adjust this extra money in Next purchase . I said why you charge plus money in first bill when you already have advance money BUT SHAME SHAME still my money Left..NOT RETURNED. SHAME
