This upgrade is useless . Until now I can't open may account since it's sending me wierd message which has a mixture of numbers and letters and I couldn't find which one is the OTP. Better do the downgrade to the previous version or we stop using this bank. If it is possible not to put a star so I can post a review I wouldn't.

Very poor service.... Poor application.... If there is less than 1 star I would have given..... The application is hanging all the time.... And when it works, u find strang issues stopping u from doing what u want... Example : since 2 days am accessing the app to do a transfer, yet when I click transfer to start the process, the entire app hangs for ever and nothing happens... I close everything clear chash memory... Uninstall and fresh install..... Still I can't get the transfer function to wor

I am a Hafawa Priority customer. I was using Meethaq mobile banking service before the upgrade without any issue. Now after the upgrade, the system is not allowing me to login saying that since the user id is joint customer type, it is not allowing to login. My simple question is as to how I was able to use the service earlier. Please look into this issue and resolve the same urgently so that I should be able to use the mobile banking services without any issues like before. Thanks.
