This innovative app allows you to authenticate Internet Banking transactions anytime, anywhere, 24/7, replacing the need for a physical token.
 
Approve financial transactions effortlessly by tapping on push notifications sent to your registered mobile device and securely authenticate non-financial transactions using a Soft One-Time Password (OTP). You can also utilize a fallback authentication method with a colored QR code if push notifications are not received.

I have tried installing this on my Samsung s25 ultra and even 2 other Samsung phones. the keyboard for entering OTP does not show up. tried various options as advised by bank telesupport, direct bank employees. all failed. they don't know what to do. surprisingly, we dont get hard tokens now. we are stuck. BM should ensure soft token are launched only after proper testing.

Why does the app need access to photos on my device and why does it need access to my camera? Privacy concern if ask me, uninstall. Further more bank muscat blocking people who use other keyboards, some phones have tettible keyboards and users prefer third party keyboards. Same thing goes to accessibility settings, what if the client has bad eyesight and needs accessibility options turned on. Stupid decisions if you ask me, security can be implemented without locking out people.

Continuously says "Accessibility services in your device are enabled. Please disable in the settings to continue using the app" but I don't have any such settings enabled. I've even reset all accessibility settings to default from the phone settings still gives same error and closes itself. Unusable app
