Excellent reference! Structured well with sections for easy navigation. References listed in order of importance. Guideline links are easy to access. Would love to have more diagrams and pictures with some crucial graphs, especially guideline changing RCTs and meta analyses. I find myself gravitating from up-to-date nowadays!

If there is a major condition that I don't recognise, I BMJ Best Practice it, and get an immediate summary, diagnostic criteria, investigations to consider and treatment algorithms. Is kept up-to-date, and am very happy with recommending this to fellow medics.
