Makes you wait for a download every time you log in. seriously seriously frustrating. I do not care if 3 of the 100,000 articles are out of date, let me access the information right away or switch to fully online. no-one likes this middle ground blood pressure raising "experience". Also perpetually forgetting your details forcing you to log in again and again.

Sorry you've had a very frustrating experience. Please have the app open online and wait for the content download to complete. You will then be able to use the app offline. As long as you use the app online at least once every 28 days so content updates can happen in the background, you will not be asked to do a full content download again. Jane

I think it is a very handy app for medical professionals, and it helps me a lot with protocol guided treatment.

If you're a medical practitioner, this is a must. There isn't anything I think that does a better job with such an easy interface. The only thing I would change would be the calculator section, it's a little boxy and some searches don't return the calculator you need unless you enter the eponymous name.
