Ratings and reviews

The app does what it's supposed, works fine, but when I needed to get information on payments which were done two years ago, it is not available in the app. To get it I need to wait one month!!! until support will send it to me. This information must be available by one click of a mice. I did contact technical support, where they told me it will take one month to send me the file with transactions for 2022.

Horrible service! Why is it only in Hebrew?? Make a normal English version!!! Very disappointing. It takes 3 hours to send money. I have to provide my password every second and still no action, no money transfer. How is it easier? What's your value? The app used to work fine. Now every time I open it. I need to update everything including personal data. As a result- still no effect. No primary function of easy money transfer. Fail!!!

After many months of successfully using bit, it has stopped working. All I get is the first blue screen; the app no longer opens up. There is a payment waiting for me but I cannot okay it. I called your offices two days ago and they said it was a general problem, not just mine. But everyone else I know has been using bit successfully. I would appreciate your help Thank you.
