Ratings and reviews

As a first-time bit user, my experience has not been fantastic. I haven't been able to finish all the steps in the process to make the app usable on my device. I've tried multiple times and have also called the Bit contact centre twice. Whatever I was advised to do, I did but hasn't helped and always get the same message on the app is לצערנו נתקלנו בבעיה and I'm not able to proceed further to finish the setup. Please assist! Thank you.

Impossible to cancel your payment if it was a mistake or wrong number. I just payed to some unknown number by mustake of one digit and when i called bank to cancel they said the only way to cancel is to go to police! So, i will never use it again, and there are much better apps like PayBox that does allow cancelation. Also, this app doesn't verify phone number of receiver, you can enter anything and it will send without any validations. And it's a bank! Raising questionsl about security!

I have a problem with registration. I got a phone number, and I can not register under it. It shows the previous owner of the number. That's all, further registration does not occur in any way !!! I have my number since September 30th! I didn't register in your app! the previous user was registered! I have had my number for more than two months! you have a glitch in the app!!!
