Unable to log into app. Stuck in signing up. I just moved phone, I need to log in, but can't do it .Edit: does not reproduce anymore. App overall is very fluid, changing score from 1 to 5. Score of 5 due to: 1. It does what it's supposed to do, I can send and receive money 2. UI is nice 3. App is not glitchy, feels native. In short, it does everything I need it to do

Most of the times it's easy and comfortable to use. I had at least two instances that I needed the app, and it didn't work. Received a message "Failed to load data" when opening the app. Usually, it works out after a few hours or when moving to a solid wifi connection.

Was fine until a few weeks ago, when it decided it's not compatible with my device anymore. Ridiculous, everything is up to date on my phone, every other app works, but bit can't manage to work on my phone. Tech support surely is another waste of time. They're basically holding customers hostage. I suggest using other financial transfer apps.
