I am shocked by how my bank treated me. I have a stable income from the same job for 6 years, an excellent credit score, no debts, no overdraft, and this was my first loan request for education. Instead of professional service,my request was dragged out for a week. Calls were not returned,messages were ignored, and I was left without clear answers. Everything in my financial profile is in good standing, so this treatment made no sense. I applied elsewhere and was approved within the same hour.

The app doesn't even have an easy to find place with the history of messages from the bank. The app failed to open a message properly from the first try, and then it is nowhere to be seen even though it contains an answer to your question. Besides, in the country of immigrants a bank app absolutely MUST be in different languages. It is highly disrespectful to offer a financial application in local language only for residents and citizens of this type of country.
