Constantly kicks you out, despite clicking remember me. Every update deletes your credentials and log in all over again. Slow to load, profile options are limited so you have to go through every book your library has instead of choosing the type of books you like to see in your profile. constantly States I have no books downloaded when I have several available. can't even use it on a plane because although I'm supposed to not have to be on Wi-Fi apparently you do. Useless.

this glitchy app is beyond frustrating. it will not allow me to return books. I have Uninstaller and reinstalled 6 times in 3 days. I have signed out and signed back in. still doesn't work. I would not use the app but it is the only thing my local library offers. I went to the website and read the mission statements. if the app did what the statements say, it would be lovely, but it doesn't. what do we have to do to get an app that works?

App is completely up-to-date, i have a new S25+, so no hardware issues on my side, just still really buggy, hasn't gotten any better after app update. The app still loses bookmarks, stops playing constantly, randomly skips back to earlier parts of the book, constantly logs you out of your library, terrible search filters, just a really bad app. We finally convinced our library system to switch to Libby. Baker and Taylor, you need better programmers and coders.
