Ratings and reviews

Am I on dial up? This app is beyond slow. The cart clears out and says there's nothing in it, when there, in fact, is. Loading each item takes 15-45 seconds or longer. It's painful. They want me to call them up to iron out issues for their app. I'd rather mow the lawn at mid day with no sunscreen on the hottest day of the year. Their CSA's are the least helpful people I've ever dealt with aside from Comcast. Just made a decent app that doesn't reload after every screen and that actually works.

April..I can't tell you what a waste of time this app has become. I went to see if I had refills available and it shows a refill I picked up in March as " in progress" I called it in, I had to call in for another one that is on auto fill. Sure used to be a good app. the most recent changes have made it all but useless other than checking on the status of prescriptions. I can't even request refills anymore! "if it ain't broke don't fix it" Developers need to know when to quit updating things.

For an app whose entire helpful purpose is to add items to a shopping list, it's awful at that. It's now bloated with a million other features that distract from writing down ways to spend my money. Hey Product team, you've forgotten what this app is for. You add items to a list and then they randomly disappear, meaning I don't spend the money I had planned on spending and I'm forced to spend it elsewhere. Take my money damnit. Above everything else, make sure the list works.
