If I had a dollar for every time the app moved stuff to my "delivery only" cart I'd have the stupid Boost subscription for free. Shopping setting don't stick, so you have to check every single item to make sure it's something they'll actually put in your pickup order and not claim is "delivery only" even though they do have the item in the store

Almost perfect but flaws are large This app is very convenient, well designed and helpful. Easy to find items, coupons are offered with items. The flaws are big though. KS offers no method of communication while shopping. Shoppers are free to make their own decisions on issues, which is to the benefit of KS and not the customer 90% of the time. Their choices can frequently lead to a higher grocery bill. You also cannot order bakery items in all areas of the city, which is ridiculous.

Confusing and frustrating, especially since recently updating. I find I basically have to stumble across how to do something that should be simple, like changing the location of the store I want to shop at. Now I can't get coupons to appear, even though the app is telling me there are 35 which meet my selected criteria. And stop cramming delivery and pickup options down my throat. In person shopping is still a thing, right?
