The worst mobile banking app ever! The one and only reason why i don't use the Bank itself. I've given it a chance over and over again for at least 5 years on different devices. It just never works! Always crashes, never actually logins and let you use the app. It's just completely trash! I'll consider using the bank if the app gets developed from the ground up!

Developers/ the company takes too long to update the app, and throughout that process, the app is basically useless. We can't send money or even be able to check our account. They even take it down from the Play Store for a while. This whole process usually takes them 3 to 5 days. This is very disappointing. It is an improvement from the previous version of the app, but they still have a long way to go to compete with the likes of CBE. Transferring to other banks sometimes doesn't work.

the app does not show my account balance correctly compared to what I get with the SMS notification. Again and again I am not able to make transfers because the app has issues. The app has over years now frequently problems, doesn't load, or is sometimes not working entirely and I can not open it. Even to the point that I question the rating of this app if it's true or distorted. I am not sure how it can be 4 stars something, when in real life the app just doesn't work a lot of the time.
