About this app

MyGEHA is a secure mobile app for G.E.H.A members enrolled in G.E.H.A health and dental plans. G.E.H.A is a private, nonprofit association that provides benefit plans to eligible members and is not a government agency.
With the MyGEHA app, members can conveniently manage their health and dental benefits information in one place, including:

- Digital member ID card: view and share your G.E.H.A digital ID card.

- Plan details and claims: view plan information, track claims and view balances such as deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.

- Find a provider: search for in-network health and dental providers, hospitals and clinics.

- Quick access to partner services: easily navigate to partner resources such as HSA Bank and Caremark with no need to login again.

- Customer support: contact G.E.H.A Customer Care through chat, phone or secure messaging.

- Personalized experience: get reminders and relevant plan-related information to help you stay on top of your benefits.

Looks ok on surface but watch out. Would not process claim appeals correctly resulted in paperwork miscommunication hell.

Terrible... I've been in IT for 66 years... yes 66. I started as a programer on punch cards. I'm still working and consulting at Homeland Security. Applications like this are "User Vicious", not User Friendly.

App is absolutely useless, it freezes up and when you use the chat for customer service they tell you, you have to call them?
