Ratings and reviews

The button to expedite is missing and I have called several times for it to be checked and they seem complacent about it. Bobtail wants me to call every time I want my invoice expedited instead of just clicking a button and its done. Please fix it. Besides that everything works as it should.

takes too long to send money. two days too long. u charged to process paperwork. than you want more money to process faster.

I'm very disappointed in Bobtail. My banking information was removed from the app. They were very good until now the way the service reps explained it they having trouble with the android side if the app. EVERYONE DO NOT HAVE iPhone ( I don't want one)
