Use the app to add your available pay to the Dayforce Wallet Mastercard® at the end of your workday. It’s not a loan or an advance – it’s pay you’ve already earned.

Your card can be used to make everyday purchases, anywhere Mastercard is accepted, online, or in-person. You can also transfer funds to other bank accounts² or withdraw cash from a network of fee-free ATMs.³ No more waiting for payday.

I have not been able to get in to this app at all since the day I started 7 months ago. No one can seem to figure out why on either parties side. I have been on the phone with customer service for hours, days, months at a time now and nothing just can't connect to server. I have also spoke with the IT team and absolutely nothing can been done about it either. With either party's so I just have to live with it I guess. Bad review for me sorry. I have had a horrible experience with this.

Horrible app! And no website to log into for backup when it doesn't work! Everytime I try to log in, it immediately knocks me right off again saying my session has expired??? Absolutely ridiculous. I would have never signed up for the card if I had known I wouldn't be able to access it or the information I need. I have sent a message to customer support about a week ago and have yet to hear anything back. Disappointed beyond words and have let my coworkers know not to waste their their time.

This has been totally ridiculous since the servicer switch. Second time my card declined multiple times for a singular transaction before it went through but they sure "took" the money every time! So now I was charged FOUR TIMES for a single transaction. Went to call and complain/dispute again (in just over a month) and a I got was a "we're experiencing technical difficulties" message. I will never use this again once this is straightened out.
