It says you can upgrade your card on the day force wallet app, but I can't find out how to do this anywhere in the app. Except for in the faqs section . But like I said it just states it can be done within the app. This is not true. So I am unable to use my card at certain ATMs , can't use to play poker online , and I can't add money to my card myself other than when my work deposits money on it. This frustrates me.

App worked for maybe 2 weeks. Can't login keeps having me verify my identity, but once I enter the code, it just loads and then says can't connect to the server. I've tried updating it and uninstalling and reinstalling it. This is very disappointing as this is the app i need for work.

It's not showing any available pay since he got paid . We can't figure out why. We have deleted and installed twice . Still nothing either this gets fixed or I have him switch. It's usually not a bad app but lately it's definitely had glitches
