You work hard for your money – why wait to get it? Dayforce Wallet gives you access to your pay as soon as you earn it*, at no cost. Get paid when you want by using the app† to add some or all of your available pay to the Dayforce Prepaid Mastercard® -- as soon as the end of your workday. Then use the card to make everyday purchases, pay bills, or withdraw cash from a network of fee-free ATMs. No more waiting for payday.

You can use the app to see how much pay is available to you on any given day and add funds directly to the card. It’s not a loan or an advance – it’s pay you’ve already earned. There are no monthly fees to use the app or hidden fees‡ for adding pay to your card because it’s your money.

You can also use the app to view the current balance and transaction history for your Dayforce Card or transfer funds to other bank accounts. You can even have your regular paycheck direct deposited to the Dayforce Card, making it easy to manage your finances all in a single place.

If your employer has activated Dayforce Wallet, you can get started in three easy steps:
1) DOWNLOAD the Dayforce Wallet app and create an account.
2) CONNECT your account to Dayforce.
3) ACTIVATE your card once you’ve received it, following the steps in the Dayforce Wallet app.

The worst customer service out there. Not the first time calling, same outcome each time. Spent 30 minutes getting tossed around from department to department only to be told to call back because of call load, after already speaking with that same apparently overloaded department moments before. The issue being, my name change had gone through on my debit card, but the app was still showing my old name. So what should be a nice quick and simple correction, ended up being a case of hot potato and thrown out. As of writing this review on a friday, won't be able to get this issue fixed for at least a few more days. Quite unfortunate, nice app features but lacking in customer support.

I had to hurry and edit my review, i "thought" as i always do, that's where i messed up! I should've contacted the professionals at day force wallet before passing judgement! The friendly lady from day force wallet was easily able to help me straighten out what I WAS doing wrong . The app has been great, this issue was created by me so after 8 months I've had not 1 issue with this app or it's services! Thanks Day force!

i love this service! Super easy to use, funds move instantly, I've never had a single issue with connection issues or had the app not work like it's supposed to, unlike many other financial apps I've used.
