One day out of nowhere, I couldn't open any of my PURCHASED videos within Body FX. I tried installing an update but couldn't because I had to free up space on my phone. Finally freed up enough space on my phone, only to update the app for it to keep crashing on me when I try to open it! It won't even load the app, it just keeps crashing when I click the app to open it! This is a huge issue, I've missed an entire week of working out, and I workout daily, 7 days a week! Body Fx, how to I fix?

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! We did a one time purchase and all of a sudden started seeing monthly charges come out with no permission to do so. And when I go to the site, everything just about is unclickable, making it impossible to cancel or get the money back they've stolen. I'm sure they'll want me to call them and be on the phone with a rabbit trail of automation and agents giving me the run around, like physical gyms are known for doing when trying to cancel.

the app keeps shutting down when I try to cast it on the TV. App is not responding. Can you fix it please?
