I've used better tracking apps than this, but this is the one my Dr. wants me to use. I no longer try to input the actual food I eat, its to cumbersome to do so. I just use the quick calorie count. What I definitely don't like about this app is that it doesn't keep track of the weight you've lost, just what your current weight is. I'm someone who likes to see my progress at a glance, in numbers not on a graph. For these reasons I'm only giving the app 3 stars.

A little difficult to use. once I get into the tracking area, I get stuck and there isn't a way on Android to get back to the main screen. There is no back button and the back button on the phone just closes the app. Configuring the favorite meal items screen many times doesn't remember the portion size that I use. It does have a large database of nutrition information for various generic and restaurant items, but I've found some are incorrect.

It's a really bad app to track calorie intake, exercise, water intake ... User experience is just not good. Like you can't go back from tracking food to my plan. I can add food to tracking from planned day but not any other day... need to copy ingredients one by one. Recent food is tied to a specific meal. For example, if I enter an apple for breakfast, I don't see it in recent food for snack1. Not integrated with Garmin... Not to mention a cost health provider charged me. Awful!
