Good app but it could use some tweaking. Like work days are set for everyone and can change frequently. maybe allow us to set the work days for the entire month. Also, allow us to choose every other day and/or 3 times a week for those of us who are just starting out and need to allow our legs to heal. Please consider these changes because my work days vary weekly

Almost great. The problem currently is that it has a bug where the times are sometimes duplicated for the times I already completed. Also no option to set less interval than 45 minutes. It would be perfect if there was other simple exercises too, like pushups.
