Almost great. The problem currently is that it has a bug where the times are sometimes duplicated for the times I already completed. Also no option to set less interval than 45 minutes. It would be perfect if there was other simple exercises too, like pushups.

so far it's a good app except for the reminders. I have allowed notifications but they do not appear at all unless I open the app. I am not doing the squats unless I happen to remember to which the notifications were supposed to take care of the thinking part.

So far so good! However, can you allow us to pick the notification type? Such as sound, in the system status bar, etc? And allow us to select the sound used for the notification? Thank you!
