Issue of regular face authentication resolved, thanks for that. I updated the app on play store but the app refuse to open thereafter. I've done all I can, yet it's not opening, am just hearing a background music probably from a live performer, but the app display is blank. Please kindly check back on your update features. I use Itel android phone.

I have a problem with the face verification. Everytime I try to check my salary, they ask for a face verification. And every time I'd do it, it always takes a while to verify it! And some times the app just asks me to do it again! it is quite frustrating!

This app operates like a scam. Just when you’re about to withdraw your earnings, they remove you from the agency to prevent you from joining another one. This kind of handling is extremely unprofessional and unethical.
