I am extremely disappointed with Gemgala. The app’s referral system is completely broken or intentionally misleading. I personally invited 7 to 8 people, but the app only registered 5. The same issue is happening with my friends, which proves this isn't an isolated technical glitch. ​Furthermore, they have set a minimum withdrawal limit of $10, but they make it virtually impossible to reach that amount by not counting legitimate referrals and stalling progress.

100K gems were needed to withdraw my first 10$. I worked hard to manage 5 referrals. First 4 were credited instantly. 5th one went for processing and after that I had already invited 5 more. Someone was able to create an account with my link but I didn’t get any gem. And lastly, none could even create an account with my link, they were stuck in the sign up page for long. Every fraudulent activity has a limit and this developer exceeds that. I would give them a big 0 but there is no option.
