Hello Support Team, I recently purchased a ₹99 subscription on your dating app. However, after just one day, the app started showing that there are no more profiles, refresh feed but at the same time it was showing Total matches are live above 1000. For the past two days, it continues to display that there are no more profiles. I would like to understand if this is a technical issue or a problem with my subscription. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I recently purchased a ₹249 recharge on this dating app expecting to see active profiles and connect with real users. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Even though I get around 100 swipes per day, there are hardly any active profiles available. Very bad app and interface also, my experience is very bad, someone should use it. It's a waste of time. Here, they will repeatedly ask you to only subscribe, and if you take any membership, you will have to take the membership again and add extra swipes.
